Donate Life Month 2025 Giveaway Rules

No purchase necessary to enter. Winners will be selected at random.

1. Eligibility
Anyone with a Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn account, who is within Network for Hope’s service area. Please see here to see if you fall within our service area. Network for Hope employees, their immediate family members, Board members, sponsors, vendors, and other affiliated members are ineligible to enter.

2. Agreement to Rules
By entering this drawing, you understand that none of the applicable social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn) have any role in the giveaway. Network for Hope also reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify an entry at its discretion.

3. Entry Period
The entry period is from Tuesday, April 1, at 12:01 a.m. EST. until Wednesday, April 30, at 11:59 p.m. EST.

4. How to Enter
If you take a photo relevant to Donate Life Month corresponding to National Blue & Green Spirit Week or otherwise related to the month, please upload it to our form and fill our the required contact information, so we can contact you, should you win. By submitting a photo, you are entering work you’re claiming as your own and not violating anyone else’s intellectual property rights. You shall defend or settle against such claims to the contrary at your sole expense, and You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Network from Hope from any suit, etc.

5. Prizes
Prizes include Donate Life material and items related to the Donate Life 2025 theme of Let Life Sing.

6. Selections and Notification of the Winner
Five winners will be randomly drawn and selected Thursday, May 1, at 10:00 a.m. EST. Network for Hope will notify the winners by the contact information provided in the submission form. If the winner does not reply within one week to claim their prize, Thursday, May 8, Network for Hope will move on to the next name drawn and selected. Network for Hope is not liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning, if he or she provided a wrong email address or incorrect phone number or if the email security settings caused the prize notification to go into their spam or junk folder.

9. Rights Granted by the Entrant
We reserve the right to use the participant’s submitted photo for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, or compensation.

10. Terms and Conditions
Network for Hope reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the giveaway at any point for reasons beyond our control, as well as to disqualify anyone who violates the terms previously listed.
