Healthy Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (13.5 oz.) can of spinach, drained (or 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry for lower sodium)
  • 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup light sour cream
  • ½ cup avocado oil mayo or light mayo
  • 1 packet low-sodium vegetable soup mix
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Chill for several hours.

  3. Serve with fresh vegetables or low-sodium chips/crackers.
