To me, donation is helping someone, being kind, and providing light in someone’s moment of darkness. I have been honored to have seen the impact donation has on others, and I have also been honored to have felt that impact as well. My dad is a tissue recipient, and that simple act of pure kindness left a tremendous impact on my entire family. We will forever be grateful to the family that said “yes” to helping someone, “yes” to being kind, and “yes” in their time of darkness.
