“Keegan was born prematurely and struggled with breathing. While on oxygen, Keegan learned to crawl, walk, ride a bike, and live life to its fullest. He enjoys the outdoors and loves being active; he has been skiing, water skiing, and hiking. He also plays the piano and holds a black belt in Taekwondo. Keegan needs a lung transplant to save his life.
One of his favorite days of the year is the American Lung Association’s Fight for Air Climb, where he hands each first responder a medal at the finish line.
The gift of new lungs will allow Keegan a better quality of life without being limited due to oxygen demands.”
