Network for Hope’s Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager, Audrey Holtzman
Network for Hope’s Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager, Audrey Holtzman, has been named the President-Elect for the Association for Multicultural Affairs in Transplantation.

Holtzman, who has been with Network for Hope for more than six years, will serve as President-Elect for two years. After which time, Holtzman will succeed current AMAT President Woodlhey Ambroise.
“I’m deeply humbled to serve as President-Elect of AMAT,” Holtzman said. “I’m thankful for the confidence placed in me and am honored to continue advancing the life-saving mission of donation and transplantation alongside an incredible community of leaders.”
In her role as President-Elect and successor to Ambroise, Holtzman is a key member of the leadership team. She will support Ambroise in leading AMAT’s strategic vision and governance, as well representing the organization in national collaborative efforts.
At Network for Hope, Holtzman’s efforts involve helping to build a workforce that reflects the communities the organization serves and ensuring equitable care for donor families. Her community-based programming includes bringing events and education to underserved communities and faith-based communities.
Holtzman’s leadership extends beyond Network for Hope through service with the Association for Organ Procurement Organizations’ Community Engagement Committee as co-chair, as a Board Member for Most Valuable Kids of Greater Cincinnati, as an Advisory Board Member with the African Professionals Network, and as a Trustee with EquaSion in Cincinnati.
“We are proud of the work Audrey does to advance multicultural affairs with Network for Hope, and we know she will be a vital voice for inclusion and belonging at the national level, excelling at advancing AMAT’s mission,” Andi Johnson, VP of Marketing and Community Engagement at Network for Hope, said.
