Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add carrots, celery, and zucchini. Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in tomatoes, broth, and beans. Stir in smoked paprika, thyme, and black pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in greens and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve warm.
